Pullman’s boys have sealed first place with a 10-2 record, but second place is up for grabs. Riverside and Medical Lake, both 7-4 in league, play Friday to decide who gets the first-round bye at districts. Chewelah’s girls, 9-2 in league, need a win today at Deer Park to wrap up first place. The Cougars have a one-game lead over Riverside for the top spot, so a Rams win on Friday night against Medical Lake coupled with a Chewelah loss would create a tie for first place.
