Coeur d’Alene police

Ashley Newby reported Tuesday the $1,111 theft of a stereo, numerous compact discs and a purse containing cash and miscellaneous items from her car while it was parked at her home on the 2500 block of Sherman Ave.

Justin Nagel, Rathdrum, reported Wednesday the $600 loss of a 9mm pistol from his 1999 Jeep while parked somewhere in the Coeur d’Alene city limits.

Kootenai County sheriff

Craig Firkins, owner of Safco Construction, reported Tuesday $702 damage to windows of a 2004 Cat tractor while it was parked at a construction site on the 1400 block of E. Grandview Drive near Coeur d’Alene.

Dale Rew, Spokane, reported Tuesday $1,400 damage to a metal door, electrical breaker box, alarm box and wiring at his home on the 23000 block of S. U.S. Highway 95 near Worley.

Michael Markowski, supervisor for Best Way Builders, reported Wednesday $900 damage to a window and glass door of a home under construction on the 1800 block of E. Grandview Drive.

Gregory Post, Dickinson, Texas, reported Wednesday the $6,005 theft of miscellaneous collector coins from a building on the 5000 block of E. St. Anthony’s Lane near Post Falls.
