Name: Lee Ja Junker

Age: 30

Occupation: Artist. His media include welding, painting and set-building for the Lake City Playhouse.

Family: Mother and father, Ron and Zona, and brother, Josh, 27, also an artistic welder, all of Coeur d’Alene. Lee Ja is pretty much a local guy, raised here and on his grandparents’ ranch in Montana.

Hobbies: His art projects, snowboarding, camping and fishing.

Favorite food: Chips or beer.

Favorite color: Rust.

What he is reading: Enjoys reading plays.

Music preference: Likes all kinds. Enjoys having music on when he is painting.

New Year’s resolution: “Be better at being me and get more done.”

Other: Spent last September in Mexico to celebrate his 30th birthday. He will be directing “All in the Timing,” which opens Feb. 3 at the Lake City Playhouse. He performed in “A Shayna Maidel.”
