Sally Anne is no stranger to life in a rescue home. She was born into one when her momma was taken from an overpopulated barn, along with five other pregnant cats. Sally Anne was adopted by a family as a kitten, but returned to the rescue group when the children developed allergies. The fluffy, affectionate kitty is ready for another try. Her mother, now spayed, is the only one of the expectant mommas that still needs a home. Both mother and daughter share sweet, mellow genes. Local journalism is essential.
Give directly to The Spokesman-Review's Northwest Passages community forums series -- which helps to offset the costs of several reporter and editor positions at the newspaper -- by using the easy options below. Gifts processed in this system are not tax deductible, but are predominately used to help meet the local financial requirements needed to receive national matching-grant funds.
