NEW FACES

Wendy Lafferty has been hired as a sales coordinator at OneEighty Networks. She has over 12 years of experience in the telecom industry and previously worked at XO Communications.

Enterprising Capital has hired John Mahler as senior account executive. Mahler is a graduate of Rutgers University and previously worked at Qwest.

Greg Hansen has been hired at AmericanWest Bank as executive vice president of commercial lending. He previously worked as team leader of the Spokane Commercial Lending team at U.S. Bank.

AmericanWest Bank has hired Don Malone as senior vice president and retail tem leader. He has 18 years of banking and finance experience and previously worked at Washington Mutual Bank. He has also been a volunteer firefighter at Spokane County Fire District 8 for the past six years.

Colby Weathers has been hired to teach landscape technology at North Idaho College. He holds a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from the University of Idaho and has owned and operated his own landscaping business for eight years.

The Spokane Chapter of the American Institute of Architects has hired Cheryl Zoltak as executive director. She previously worked in college libraries and will be responsible for the chapter membership and bookstore.

Pamela Rogness has been hired as mortgage loan officer at Global Credit Union’s Coeur d’Alene Real Estate. She previously worked as a city real estate loan officer with the City Employees of Clark County Federal Credit Union in Vancouver and has 24 years of job related experience.

WhiteRunkle has hired Anni Dupuis as associate planner. She was previously an account executive at World Vision and is a graduate of Whitworth College.

David Camp has been hired at WhiteRunkle as a senior writer. He previously owned his own advertising agency in Seattle. He holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Oregon.

PROMOTED

Andy Rish has been promoted to maintenance planner at Empire Airlines. He has held positions as a maintenance controller and an inventory and outstation facility supervisor within the company.

LeMaster & Daniels has received a People Award from the RSM McGladrey Network.

Deborah Nelson, manager of the AAA Washington/Inland Coeur d’Alene office, has earned the Spain Destination Specialist designation. She has worked in the travel industry for over 12 years and also holds designations as a specialist for France, Eastern Europe, the Pacific Rim, Western Europe and Africa.

The Spokane Valley Rotary Scholarship Committee has awarded the following students $1,000 scholarships: Fred Barker and Christina Peterson of University High School; Kerry King and Sarah Hipple of Valley Christian; Daniel Olson, Chris Miclat and Jessie Labrie of East Valley High School; and Amber Hoots at Spokane Valley High School.
