Name: Diane Martinson, 50

Hometown: Oshkosh, Wis. Diane and her family lived in St. Maries from 1980 until 1998, when they moved to Coeur d’Alene.

Family: Husband, Roger, and two daughters, Jennie, 22, and Kate, 20. Both daughters are in college.

Occupation: Bank teller at U.S. Bank for seven years. Roger still works in St. Maries for Stimson Lumber and commutes daily.

Hobbies: Diane enjoys reading mysteries. She is currently reading the new book by Carol Higgins Clark, titled “Burned.” Diane also enjoys gardening.

Favorite movies: Romantic comedies.

Favorite foods: They like to experiment with food, so they go to different parts of the United States to sample the local flavor. Diane and Roger’s most recent trip was to New Orleans for their 25th wedding anniversary; they dined on Cajun and Creole cooking.

What she likes best about North Idaho: The mountains and the trees. She said there are no mountains in Wisconsin.
