Disincorporation meeting Tuesday

Citizens interested in disincorporating the city of Spokane Valley are gathering for an organizational meeting Tuesday. The meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. in the gym at North Pines Middle School, 701 N. Pines Road.
The group plans to distribute petitions and signs.
