Michael W. Brady – 19, Sandpoint, rape, $5,000 bond.

Edwin F. Chobot – 79, Seattle, contempt of court/civil, $100,000 bond.

David A. Hunter – 41, Spokane, parole violation/possession of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, $40,000 bond.

Thomas S. Johnson – 51, Hope, grand theft, $50,000 bond.

DiannaL. Baran – 41, Sandpoint, failure to appear/providing false information to law enforcement officer, $10,000 bond.

Steven D. Barber Jr. – 24, Newport, Wash., failure to comply/driving without privileges, $500 bond.

Aaron P. Frey – 21, Sandpoint, failure to notify police of an accident, $1,000 bond.
