Moscow World Famine Relief Fund-raiser – Empty Bowls Project 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the 1912 Building in Moscow. The community sponsors this annual event with 100 percent of proceeds being donated to tsunami relief efforts and World Famine Relief. Various hand-made bowls donated by area artists will be sold for $10 and up and participants can fill them with soup donated by Moscow Food Co-op. Live entertainment will be provided. AWI Sports Fair and Grand Opening – from noon-4 p.m. at the new location at 3115 N. Government Way. Spokane radio station Rock 94.5 will be doing a live remote with prizes and discounts, and Kootenai County’s new semipro football team, the Kootenai Eagles will also be on hand. Easter Egg Hunt and Carnival – sponsored by the Coeur d’Alene First Assembly of God Church, 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m., at Borah Elementary School, 632 Borah Ave. The candy hunt begins at 11 a.m., with complimentary lunch afterward. Activities include inflatable jump castle, obstacle course, face painting and prize drawings.
