EWU to offer jazz concerts

Eastern Washington University presents its seventh annual Jazz Dialogue Festival today through Saturday on the Cheney campus.

Public concerts, all at 8 p.m. in Showalter Auditorium, will feature the University of Oregon Jazz Ensemble tonight, the EWU Jazz Ensemble on Friday and the Bob Curnow Big Band and Spokane All-City Jazz Band on Saturday.

Tickets for each performance are $10 for adults, $5 for seniors, at the door.

More than 700 students from throughout the Northwest also will participate in learning sessions during the festival.
