Coeur d’Alene police

Thomas Rotta reported Monday the $1,295 theft of cash when unauthorized checks were cashed on his checking account at a local bank.

Jack Robertson Jr., employee of Evan Ferguson concrete, reported Tuesday the $5,000 theft of a 1987 Ford pickup parked at a job site on the 6400 block of W. Pinegrove Drive.

Brian Belleisle reported Tuesday $150 damage to a door and the $6,572 theft of a shop vac, grinder, Skilsaw, and miscellaneous tools from a job site on the 6400 block of W. Pinegrove Drive.

Kootenai County sheriff

Amanda Cypher, Post Falls, reported Monday $200 damage to the dashboard and console and the $2,274 theft of compact discs, a CD player, and a purse containing miscellaneous items from her 1988 Toyota Corolla parked on the 8900 block of N. Torrey Lane in Hayden.

Gail Standridge, Rathdrum, reported Tuesday the $6,303 theft of clothing, furniture, pictures and miscellaneous items from a home on the 25000 block of Edwards Road in Rathdrum.
