Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

David L. Curry – 29, Post Falls, grand theft, forgery, $25,000 bond.

Michael A. Edwards – 27, Post Falls, failure to appear/grand theft, $30,000 bond.

Robert J. Fiore Jr. – 47, Coeur d’Alene, grand theft, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $10,000 bond, five days in jail.

Joshua D. Ramsey – 20, Spirit Lake, failure to appear/lewd conduct (two counts), $125,000 bond.

Dean F. Settle – 43, Hayden, aggravated battery, aggravated assault, burglary, grand theft, driving while suspended, $52,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Shawn T. Crosby – 29, Coeur d’Alene, contempt of court for failure to complete jury questionnaire, $1,000 bond.

Keith J. Davis – 34, Coeur d’Alene, domestic battery, $5,000 bond.

Jessica R. Edgar – 23, Worley, failure to appear/failure to purchase a driver’s license, $300 bond.

Celso L. Ginez – 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, $500 bond.

Gerald S. Harris-Hackbarth – 20, Rathdrum, failure to appear/driving while suspended (two counts), operating vehicle without owner’s consent, possession of paraphernalia, resisting, malicious injury to property, $45,000 bond.

Annabelle S. Jones – 26, Silverton, failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, $2,000 bond.

Jay B. Jones – 27, Moscow, failure to appear/driving while suspended, open container, $10,000 bond.

Ryan W. Liesche – 20, Hayden, failure to appear/driving while suspended, possession of marijuana, $3,000 bond.

David A. Lowe – 43, Coeur d’Alene, failure to purchase a driver’s license, $500 bond.

Oscar E. Martinez – 23, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, no insurance, $5,000 bond.

Mark W. Melvin – 38, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/domestic battery, $5,000 bond.

Lisa A. Orvis – 40, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/excessive driving under the influence, no insurance, use of telephone to harass, $10,000 bond.

Samantha L. Reeves – 20, Kendrick, failure to appear/misdemeanor eluding, $10,000 bond.

Eric D. Whitten – 23, Spirit Lake, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $2,000.
