OUTSTANDING WARRANTS Kootenai County

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Craig W. Axtell – 22, Post Falls, probation violation/eluding, $30,000 bond.

Janetta A. Maland – 28, Rathdrum, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, $30,000 bond.

Hank D. Marshall – 26, Coeur d’Alene, attempted strangulation, $50,000 bond.

Jeffrey D. C. Olds – 42, Rathdrum, probation violation/grand theft, $25,000 bond.

Charlene R. Wietzke – 20, Sandpoint, failure to appear/burglary, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, invalid driver’s license, 13 days in jail.

Misdemeanors

Raymond L. Bacon – 22, Spirit Lake, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $10,000 bond.

Brian P. Fisher – 20, Rathdrum, failure to appear/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $4,000 bond.

Shaun P. Henderson – 22, Hayden, failure to appear/petty theft, $1,500 bond.

Damen D. King – 22, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/resisting/obstructing officers, invalid driver’s license, $3,000 bond.

Pauletta R. Magnuson – 58, Rathdrum, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $2,000 bond.

Charles K. McClammer – 49, Rathdrum, failure to appear/driving under the influence, open container, $2,000 bond.

Steven R. Root – 33, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $5,000 bond.

Rudolf Schiermeister – 37, Athol, failure to appear/driving under the influence (excessive), 40 days in jail.

Gregory P. Schmidt – 48, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Kathryn D. Winter – 44, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving under the influence, two days in jail.
