Color him divorced, again

Eminem filed for divorce Wednesday from wife Kim, less than three months after remarrying her.
“It comes to us as somewhat of a surprise. But we have to deal with it, and we will deal with it,” her lawyer said.
Eminem’s publicist confirmed the filing, but had no other comment.
Court papers showed there was a prenuptial agreement, but no details were given.
The 33-year-old rapper and his 30-year-old former high school sweetheart reconciled in late 2004, and he announced in December 2005 that they were getting back together romantically. They remarried Jan. 14.
Their first marriage ended after two-plus years in October 2001 amid an ugly custody battle over their daughter, Hailie.
Eminem has drawn on their relationship for some of his most popular and demented rhymes, killing Kim off in song.
No friend of the bride
Silence. Awkward silence.
That was Jennifer Aniston‘s tightlipped response on Tuesday morning’s “Today” show when asked about the latest rumor that Oprah Winfrey is planning to host an $8 million wedding for her and beau Vince Vaughn.
“I thought you weren’t going to go there,” Catherine Keener, Aniston’s co-star in the new film “Friends With Money,” told entertainment correspondent Jill Rappaport. “But you did.”
“When you hear about an $8 million wedding, you’d like to be invited,” replied Rappaport.
Quipped Keener: “And now you won’t be.”
Something about money
A judge has awarded Cameron Diaz an undisclosed amount of damages in a civil lawsuit filed against a photographer who took topless photos of her when she was 19 and later tried to sell them back to her for $3.5 million.
Diaz sued photographer John Rutter in July 2003, saying her model release form was forged. After he countersued, her attorneys brought the case to police and Rutter was convicted last year of forgery, perjury and attempted grand larceny. He is serving a nearly four-year prison sentence.
Alba’s well that ends well
Jessica Alba has dropped her demand that Playboy magazine pull its March issue, which has a picture of her on the cover, after receiving a letter of apology from Hugh Hefner.
Alba was worried that the cover photo, next to the headline “25 Sexiest Celebrities,” may have led readers to believe she appears nude or partially nude in the magazine.
“Hef felt bad that Jessica was upset and apologized for unintentionally hurting her feelings,” said a Playboy spokeswoman.
Playboy also made donations to two charities Alba supports, Keep A Child Alive and Until There’s A Cure.
