Money Tip

Advice from Marsha Pater, an eBay PowerSeller, on how to sell items quickly:

•When selling items to businesses, post auctions in the morning, right after potential buyers get to work; for personal items, post in the evening to catch after-work browsers.

•Use the counter to track how many times a page is viewed; if visitor count is low, cut the price or move the item to another category.

•Provide the make, model or part number of the item in the header.
