Outstanding warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Michael P. Frawley – 43, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation/felony driving under the influence, $30,000 bond.

Samuel G. Knop – 22, Blanchard, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, no driver’s license, $20,000 bond.

Mark E. Morgan – 49, Dalton Gardens, governor’s warrant from Georgia, no bond.

James P. Vonlindern – 48, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation/felony domestic battery, $30,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Collin M. Bean – 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, minor in possession of alcohol (two counts), $5,000 bond, 20 days in jail.

Joshua R. Bice – 20, Post Falls, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol, $2,000 bond.

Brian S. O. Krieg – 20, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving while suspended, no proof of insurance, $5,000 bond.

Brian D. Limberg – 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, $1,000 bond.

Daniel R. Mettie – 19, Coeur d’Alene, no insurance, $500 bond.

Christopher A. Mollgaard – 22, failure to appear/possession of paraphernalia, 10 days in jail.

Lucas K. Moore – 21, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, no driver’s license, $2,000 bond.

Aaron M. Oswald – 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/frequenting a place where drugs/alcohol used, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, four days in jail.

Samantha L. Reeves – 21, Harvard, misdemeanor probation violation/eluding, $15,000 bond.

Maria K. Samuels – 21, Plummer, failure to appear/minor in possession of alcohol, $500 bond.

Allen J. Thomsen – 20, Post Falls failure to appear/no driver’s license (three counts), $2,000 bond.

Dexter H. Tice – 20, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of paraphernalia (two counts), $10,000 bond.

Kody A. Valentine – 21, Coeur d’Alene, driving while suspended (two counts), no insurance, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $6,000 bond.
