Auditions
“All My Sons” – Spokane Civic Theatre, Jan. 3 and 4, 6:30 p.m. at the theater, 1020 N. Howard St. Needed: four women and six men who appear between the ages of 20 and 65. Auditioners will recite a one-minute contemporary monologue, perform improvisational exercises and read cold from the script. Performance dates: Feb. 23-March 10. Call (509) 325-1413.

Life Drawing Workshops – The Colville Arts Foundation is presenting this class with a live model Jan. 6 from noon-4 p.m. at Barman’s on the third floor, 230 Main St., Colville. The cost will depend on the number of students. For ages 21 and older. Call (509) 684-3002.

First Night Spokane – Volunteers needed to help with the sixth annual family-friendly New Year’s Eve celebration of the arts in downtown Spokane. Those working a four-hour shift receive free admission. Call (509) 252-5027.

2007 Playwrights’ Forum Festival – Full-length and one-act plays are being accepted for the Spokane Civic Theatre’s annual festival next June. Full-length plays (60-minute minimum) are due Dec. 31; entry fee is $15 per play. One-act plays (no longer than 60 minutes) are due Feb. 1; entry fee is $10 per play.
