Allen J. Francis, 25, Coeur d’Alene; driving under the influence; $1,000 fine ($250 suspended), 90 days in jail (88 days suspended), 90 days driver’s license suspension, two years probation.

Coeur d’Alene Police

Andy Williams, employee at the Coeur d’Alene City Wastewater Department, reported Saturday the $10,000 theft of a Polaris four-wheeled vehicle from the 900 block of West Hubbard Avenue.

Zeno Cohen reported Sunday the $3,500 theft of his 1990 Toyota pick-up truck from his residence on the 1200 block of East Hattie Avenue.

Randy Richards, employee of Tri State Outfitters, reported Monday the $1,250 theft of SWARO black binoculars from the 6200 block of North Sunshine Street.

Mark Novak, employee of Aaron’s Sales and Lease Ownership, reported Monday the $20,000 theft of assorted electronic equipment from the 3200 block of North Government Way.

Kootenai County sheriff

Guy Chicks, contractor, Rathdrum, reported Monday the $2,200 theft of a Titan airless paint sprayer and the $50 damage to a door jamb of a single family residence under construction on the 2000 block of West Sylas Court.
