Name: Tracy Hayes

Age: 38

Hometown: I’ve lived in Hayden for two years. I moved here from Santa Rosa, Calif.

Occupation: I’m a server at the Donut House in Hayden.

Family: My husband, Jason, and I have been together for 15 years and have been married for the past 11 years. Our son, Bryce, is 10, and our daughter, Kyra, is 7 1/2. That half is very important at that age.

Hobbies: Our family enjoys camping and the Honeysuckle and Coeur d’Alene City beaches. We also enjoy our Silverwood outings and attending school functions. I’m active in the Atlas Elementary School PTA.

What do you like about North Idaho? I like everything about living here, the weather, the people, and the mountains. They’re gorgeous, especially when there’s snow on them.

What do you like or dislike about the current season? I like the crisp clean air.

Favorite music: Positive life music and country.

Favorite TV show: We don’t watch too much television, but we do sometimes watch kids’ shows. In fact, we just bought the movie “Cars.”

Favorite movie: “Shawshank Redemption”

Favorite spot in North Idaho? Why? My very favorite spot is our home. It’s the first we’ve ever owned, and my family’s there.
