An ode to the Hawks

Think what you think and relish your victory, but this Super Bowl should not make history.

Yes, we know you won, but only by the damage the refs may have done.

It’s easy to point fingers and direct all the blame, but for the Seahawks to lose is clearly a shame.

Bad calls and flags surely factored in and contributed to the fact the Seahawks didn’t come home with the win.

We know who was better and the stats surely showed the Hawks’ road to victory should have been paved with gold.

So let’s be proud of our Hawks and give them their dues even though we and the Steelers may have different views.

We know we were there and will be again, and to you Steelers fans, this message we send:

Never in history will you beat us again! We are the true blue and this you should know, you will never be friend and always foe!
