Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Jill M. Green – 27, Post Falls, failure to appear/grand theft, forgery, burglary, $25,000 bond.

Bobby A. Gutzman – 33, Spirit Lake, Idaho, failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance, $50,000 bond.

Brian P. Leblanc – 21, Sandpoint, grand theft, $10,000 bond.

Michael W. Luma – 28, Wallace, failure to appear/aggravated assault, $25,000 bond.

Larry A. Taylor – 53, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/attempted manufacture and trafficking of drugs, $25,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Adina M. Ahlers– 21, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, open container, battery, $1,000 bond, five days in jail.

Thomas A. Anderson – 47, Coeur d’Alene, contempt of court, $500 bond.

Harvest G. Brandt – 29, Rathdrum, Idaho, reckless driving, invalid driver’s license, $1,000 bond.

Jeffrey B. Burns – 46, Hayden, Idaho, leaving the scene of an accident, driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Jeffery B. Carter – 41, Coeur d’Alene, petty theft, $1,000 bond.

Joli L. Castro – 30, Rathdrum, Idaho, failure to appear/driving while suspended, two days in jail.

Shawn T. Crosby – 30, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/failure to provide proof of insurance, $500 bond.

Matthew A. Davies – 20, Post Falls, driving while suspended (three counts), failure to appear/driving while suspended, possession of a suspended driver’s license (two counts), $9,000 bond.

Melissa A. Laying – 30, Osburn, Idaho, failure to appear/petty theft, $500 bond.

Thomas L. Martin – 44, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Steven B. Nottingham – 45, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, 10 days in jail.

Johnathan A. Pierce – 27, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $500 bond.

Andrew C. Slaton – 28, Post Falls, driving while suspended, $1,500 bond.

Francisco Torres Jr. – 19, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/operating a vehicle without owner’s consent, leaving the scene of an accident, $2,000 bond.

Owen E. Widitz – 25, Rathdrum, Idaho, failure to appear/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $4,000 bond.
