Madagascar presentation Tuesday

Carol Smucker, chair of the modern languages department at Whitworth College, will give a slide-show presentation on wildlife and culture in Madagascar on Tuesday night at Mountain Gear, 2002 N. Division St.

Smucker, an associate professor of French, also will speak about her recent experiences traveling in Madagascar, Reunion and Mauritius, where she conducted research while on sabbatical.
