OUTSTANDING WARRANTS Kootenai County

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Adam J. Engan – 24, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation/felony driving under the influence, $25,000 bond.

John E. Jones Jr. – 26, Spokane, burglary, grand theft, $25,000 bond.

Brian P. Leblanc – 21, Dalton Gardens, Idaho, impersonating a police officer, providing false information to officer regarding offense/identity, $25,000 bond.

Glen A. Rice – 38, Coeur d’Alene, burglary (two counts), grand theft (two counts), forgery (two counts), $15,000 bond.

Levi J. Williams – 27, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, domestic assault, $50,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Tammi D. Altmaier – 36, Coeur d’Alene, driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Nathaniel R. Burk – 21, Rathdrum, Idaho, failure to appear/resisting officers, open container of alcohol, minor in possession of alcohol, four days in jail.

Michelle L. Christianson – 32, Spirit Lake, Idaho, failure to appear/reckless driving, $5,000 bond.

Perry D. Clough – 24, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of marijuana (two counts), possession of paraphernalia (two counts), being under the influence of a controlled substance (two counts), $5,000 bond and 20 days in jail.

Shawn C. Dubose – 22, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/minor in possession, leaving the scene of an accident, $5,500 bond.

John B. Gillmore Jr. – 44, Coeur d’Alene, misdemeanor probation violation/violation of protection order, $25,000 bond.

Jaime L. Kissler – 34, Rathdrum, Idaho, failure to appear/inattentive driving, $500 bond.

Sheila M. Mitcham – 42, Coeur d’Alene, domestic battery, $8,000 bond.

Ryan A. Ortivez – 20, Plummer, Idaho, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Adam C. Ramirez III – 23, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, driving under the influence, $5,000 bond.

Rick A. Seifert – 34, Post Falls, failure to appear/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $15,000 bond.

Jason D. Smith – 27, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/resisting officers, frequenting a place where alcohol or drugs are used, driving while suspended, no insurance, $62,000 bond.

Edward A. Wilson Jr. – 35, Hayden, Idaho, failure to appear/domestic battery, $5,000 bond.
