Commedia dell’Ferris - A collaboration of the Ferris High School Fine Arts Departments including theater, music, art and dance. Actors use audience suggestions to improvise scenes incorporating song and dance. In between scenes, short scripted works prepared by students and administrators will be performed. Musicfest Northwest: Festival Week – Close to 1,000 entrants from elementary to post-graduate level will participate in ballet, brass, flute, guitar, organ, percussion, piano, reed, string and voice divisions. There are live performances on KPBX-FM, a Ballet Master Class for dancers over 18, the Young Artist Concert with members of the Spokane Symphony at The Met on Wednesday night, Piano play-offs Thursday afternoon, and the Festival Highlights Concert on Friday evening.
