Outstanding warrants

Bonner County has a backlog of outstanding warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

William J. Donnelly – 67, Quincy, Wash., failure to register as a sex offender, $10,000 bond.

Matthew A. Hunt – 31, Sandpoint, parole violation/burglary, grand theft, $40,000 bond.

Shawnon L. Jarvis – 35, Newport, Wash., accessory to aggravated battery, $10,000 bond.

Kelly T. King – 38, Bayview, parole violation/driving under the influence, $40,000 bond.

Kathleen L. Stritenberger – 28, Oldtown, failure to appear/frequenting a place where a controlled substance is used, $5,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Christopher C. Ainsworth – 28, Sandpoint, failure to comply/petty theft, $4,000 bond.

David L. Anderson – 29, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/failure to purchase driver’s license, $300 bond.

Luanne K. Aviles – 50, Newport, Wash., failure to appear/possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to use, $5,000 bond.

Jimmy J. Blackburn – 22, Spokane, failure to comply/resisting officers, $750 bond.

Roy D. Chain – 50, Spokane, failure to comply/failure to purchase a driver’s license, $142 bond.

Zavier F. Chambers – 40, Auburn, Wash., failure to comply/petty theft, $463 bond.

Patricia L. Creek - 62, Ponderay, failure to comply/reckless driving, $3,000 bond.

James T. Darlington – 40, Post Falls, failure to comply/reckless driving, $3,000 bond.

Wilfred J. Dechenne – 33, Priest River, parole violation/failure to purchase a driver’s license, failure to provide insurance, possession of paraphernalia, $5,000 bond.

Jacob W. Denham - 23, Sandpoint, failure to appear/petty theft, $300 bond.

Starla R. Dillard – Veradale, failure to comply/failure to purchase a driver’s license, $1,500 bond.

Terri M. Drinnon – 41, East Hope, Idaho, failure to comply/failure to purchase a driver’s license, $1,500 bond.

Richard G. Engkraf – 45, Selah, Wash., failure to appear/driving under the influence, violation of no contact order, $25,000 bond.

Sarah L. Fontaine – 26, Metolius, Ore., failure to appear/driving without privileges, $2,000.

Most contempt warrants can be taken care of by contacting the Bonner County courthouse and paying an outstanding fine.
