HOW TO VOTE

Polls: Will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day, which is Tuesday. In Kootenai County, polls open at 7 a.m.

Absentee voting: It’s too late to request an absentee ballot be mailed to you. But you can go to your county clerk’s office and fill out an absentee ballot until 5 p.m. Monday. If you received an absentee ballot in the mail, you can take it to the elections office until 8 p.m. Election Day.

Any person eligible to vote may register on Election Day at their official polling place by completing a registration card and showing a photo identification and proof of valid address in the precinct. For more information on voting in Idaho, go to www.Idahovotes.gov.
