“Before baking the whole batch, test one or two cookies first to be sure you are using the correct baking time and temperature.

“Be careful when substituting ingredients, as it could change the taste or texture.

“Use powdered drink mix instead of sugar when topping sugar cookies.

“A cheese slicer is handy for cutting refrigerator cookies.

“To make sprinkles stick to cookies, slightly dampen the top and then sprinkle with decorations.

“To keep dough from sticking to cookie cutters, spray them with nonstick spray before use.

“A potato-chip can is the ideal container to mail cookies in.

“Use a potato masher to form the design on peanut butter cookies. – Heloise
