“I always set the alarm for 8 o’clock. I don’t know why, but I always do. I don’t usually wake up. (Steve) Dildine, he’s my roommate and he always wakes up and gets mad at me. … (After a shower) we usually go eat breakfast – I try not to eat too much. … I sleep, and he’s my alarm clock. He wakes me up about 45 minutes to an hour before we have to get on the bus. I wake up and take another shower just to relax. … After the position meetings I go upstairs where there’s nobody so I can sit by myself for about 15 minutes, not in the locker room, away from everyone so I can just relax a little bit. Then I go downstairs and about an hour before I go out and get in the shower again, one more little loosen-up hot shower. … After the game, I talk to my mom and usually walk back to my place. If we lost, she usually tries to cheer me up. She’s on my side. We get back to my place and most of my family comes. We’ll get 10, 15 people up there for every game. So we just sit back and my mom always makes a big dinner for us.”
