Fantasy factor: Redskins’ Mark Brunell off to shaky start, with zero TDs and one interception. Texans’ David Carr has thrown 4 TD passes vs. zero INTs.

The buzz: Steelers have to find way to get offense moving, so they’re fortunate this one is at home. They can’t afford to fall 2 games behind early.

Panthers at Bucs

Records: Panthers (0-2), Bucs (0-2).

Last meeting: Bucs won 20-10 at Carolina on Dec. 11, 2005.

Key stat: Panthers have won last three meetings in Tampa (5 of last 6 overall).

Fantasy factor: Keyshawn Johnson leads Panthers with 9 catches but has no TDs. Bucs’ Cadillac Williams getting just 2.6 per carry, and it won’t get better against this defense.

The buzz: Panthers have chance to get well in place they like to play, even if Steve Smith doesn’t play again. Bucs defense emerges as one of season’s big disappointments.
