Area roundup: Prugh, Hurt tie for 16th
Washington’s Alex Prugh, a Ferris grad, and Washington State freshman Austin Hurt both shot a final-round 74 Wednesday to finish at even-par 288 to tie for 16th place at the Pac-10 Championships at the Eugene (Ore.) Country Club.
Washington placed fifth and WSU finished in last place.
USC won the team title behind medalist Jamie Lovemark’s 19-under 269.
