Drug crimes again topped the short list of criminal activity reported by the Liberty Lake police for the week of April 16.

Police arrested Nicholas L. Poledna, 26, of Post Falls, on two charges of alleged sale or manufacture of dangerous drugs, a Class C felony.

During the April 19 arrest in the 2300 block of North Harvard Road, Poledna was also cited for allegedly possessing a dangerous weapon, a misdemeanor.

While apprehending Poledna, police also arrested Scott A. Lane, 38, of Sandpoint, on two charges of allegedly selling or manufacturing drugs, both Class C felonies.

Lane was also cited for alleged felony possession of a firearm.

Robert Mark Stotts, 38, of Liberty Lake, was cited April 17 near the intersection of Appleway Boulevard and Broadway Avenue for allegedly driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, a misdemeanor.

Kevin Michael Thelen, 35, of Greenacres, was arrested April 16 for alleged misdemeanor trespassing in the 21200 block of East County Vista Drive.

The most likely place to get a traffic ticket last week was Harvard Road.
