Aunt Tillie (n.)
The archetypal nontechnical user, as in an elderly and scatterbrained aunt. Newsgroups often bring in references to good old Aunt Tillie, citing her as the kind of end user more companies should keep in mind when developing new products. The S-R .TXT blog wonders at times if we don’t overlook all the Aunt Tillies in our region.
