Kootenai County

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 3,400 active warrants. Officials are asking the public for information about the following people, identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Daniel J. Billingsley – 29, Bayview, attempted strangulation, $5,000 bond.

John B. Gillmore Jr. – 45, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation/possession of a controlled substance, $100,000 bond.

Christopher R. Meadows – 21, Rathdrum, rape, lewd conduct with a minor (two counts), $50,000 bond.

Robyn M. Ott – 32, Coeur d’Alene, possession of a controlled substance, $40,000 bond.

Chad A. Robertson – 29, Twin Lakes, felony driving under the influence, $15,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Gary L. Adams – 49, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, open container, $5,000 bond.

Sean A. Conner – 31, Hauser, failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, 10 days in jail.

Heather R. Cox – 19, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/battery, $5,000 bond.

Thomas M. Froman – 40, Coeur d’Alene, misdemeanor probation violation/malicious injury to property, exhibiting a dangerous weapon, $50,000 bond.

Cameron L. Hagan – 34, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Aaron K. Harris – 27, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Carrie L. Keifer – 29, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/resisting, $1,000 bond.

Richard J. Olson – 31, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/malicious injury to child, phone harassment, $10,000 bond.

Todd P. Olson – 44, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/reckless driving, disturbing the peace (two counts), $5,000 bond.

James A. Pearson Jr. – 22, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, failure to provide insurance, $5,000 bond.

Kevin L. Sawley – 50, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/inattentive driving, $2,000 bond.
