Senior Kyle Miller scored 18 points and Cheney used a big second-half rally to beat Clarkston 37-36 in a Great Northern League opener Saturday in Cheney.
The Blackhawks (2-3, 1-0) outscored the Bantams 28-13 in the second half to erase a 14-point halftime-deficit.
Sekinah Samadi scored 11 points and Jaimie Berghammer had 10 to lead Clarkston (3-3, 0-1).
“Katlin Fowles had a game-high 16 points, Kelsey Arlt tossed in 14 and Devon Killian added 12 as Lind-Ritzville topped Almira/Coulee-Hartline 68-39 in a Bi-County League game in Lind.
