Derek Gianukakis tallied 40 points, 21 rebounds and 10 steals as Republic rolled to a 92-62 win over visiting Selkirk in Panorama League play. Cody Groth finished with 22 points and 10 rebounds for the Tigers (20-1, 14-0). Nate Phillips scored 20 points for the Rangers (15-5, 9-5), who got 15 points from Travis Zimmerman and 13 from Nathan Reed. … St. George’s jumped to a 14-2 lead in the first 2 minutes in a 59-33 rout of visiting Springdale. Miles Deife had 18 points for the Dragons (15-5, 12-2), and Ryan Presho grabbed 12 points and 10 rebounds for the Chargers (7-12, 7-8).

St. George’s opened the second period on an 8-0 run then cruised to a 58-38 win over visiting Springdale in a Panorama League game. Kerry Blake had 16 points, five rebounds and five assists, and Chessey Thomas added 14 and seven steals for the Dragons (13-7, 11-3). Sara Taulaki led the Chargers (12-7, 8-4) with 10 points. … Ann Hover hit a 3-pointer in the final minute, and Karissa Lehn followed with a quick steal and a layup to put Republic (11-9, 7-6) up four as the Tigers held on to defeat visiting Selkirk 47-21. Lehn finished with 19 points, 15 rebounds and six blocks. Hover had 13 points, nine assists and seven steals. Maria Villegas led the Rangers (7-13, 5-8) with 16 points, including four 3-pointers.
