Having another bad temper day

Foxy Brown is not exactly what you’d call a quick learner.

The 27-year-old rapper left a Florida jail Friday afternoon after spending the night following her arrest for throwing hair glue at a beauty shop employee and later swatting an officer – the second time she’s been busted over a salon scuffle.

In October, Brown (real name Inga Marchand) was sentenced to three years’ probation and anger management classes for attacking a pair of New York City manicurists in 2004 following a payment dispute.

In the newest incident, police say Brown was applying beauty products in a salon bathroom when an employee told her the business was closed and it was time to leave.

She refused, threw hair glue at him and spat on him as he called 911.

When an officer arrived, according to authorities, Brown started a scuffle that resulted in the cop having to “use a takedown maneuver to gain control.”

She could have yawned all night

Paris Hilton looked less than excited to be attending Vienna’s gala Opera Ball.

The hotel heiress was seen resting her head in her hands, absentmindedly flipping through the program and fiddling with her mobile phone during the Thursday night event.

She was the guest of Richard Lugner, a 74-year-old construction magnate whose previous celeb guests included Geri Halliwell, Pamela Anderson and Carmen Electra.

Poor little Richie girl

Sometimes-Paris-pal Nicole Richie was formally charged Friday with a misdeameanor count of driving under the influence.

She was arrested in December after heading the wrong way down a California freeway.

Records show Richie had a prior misdemeanor DUI conviction in June 2003.

Hard-rock communique

An e-mail from Britney Spears‘ former assistant saying the 25-year-old pop star needs to get her act together because she’s headed for “rock bottom” has been posted on a gossip blog.

“I cannot convince her in ANY way to love herself. … I cannot save her from herself, nor can I commit her to any type of treatment program against her wishes and will,” the message from Felicia Culotta says.

Spears’ friends are doing “all in our power to NOT pad the bottom or move the bottom, so when she does indeed hit rock bottom, she’ll stand up and walk away from this whole fiasco a new, confident, changed, career driven Britney like we all knew and loved.”

Big fat Banks account

You probably know Beyonce is on the cover of this year’s Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue.

But you may not have heard about the photo inside of Tyra Banks, who 10 years ago became the first black supermodel to make the cover.

“I was about 140 pounds on that cover … and I’m 161 now,” Banks says. “They covered the sides of my chest so that it wasn’t so much hangin’ out. And they put some extenders on the sides of the bikini bottom so it fit.”
