Clyde and Helen Leifer celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary with a reception at the Knights of Columbus on Dec. 26.

Hosts for the event included their sons and spouses: Joe and Patty Leifer, and Jim and Janet Leifer, all of St. John, Wash.

Their other children and spouses are: Margaret and Dale Oliver, Wasilla, Alaska; Maria and Ron Hahner, Fairfield; Laura Bonner, Anchorage, Alaska; Clyde and Joyce Leifer, St. John; Ed and Brenette Leifer, Daniel and Kelley Leifer, and Dolores Cage, all of Spokane; and the late John Leifer.

The couple were married Dec. 26, 1941, in Rosalia, Wash. They have 22 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
