Chris Shaw finished with 18 points and eight assists Monday night to lead Coeur d’Alene Charter (11-2, 5-1) to a 64-61 win over visiting Lakeside (6-8, 1-5) in North Star League play.

The Panthers’ Josiah Menzies hit a 3-pointer in the final minute to snap a 61-all tie. Merlin Weaselhead missed a 3-point attempt at the buzzer for the Knights.

Lakeside’s Wyatt Peters scored a game-high 25 points.

•Cameron Jeffres scored 19 points as host Clark Fork (6-6) rolled to a 44-31 non-league win over shorthanded Priest River (8-6). Mike Martin and Thomas McMahon added nine rebounds and four steals apiece for the Wampus Cats. The Spartans played a junior varsity roster for unspecified reasons.
