Brandon Rush scored 20 points, Julian Wright added 17, and sixth-ranked Kansas used a 27-0 run in the first half to fuel a 76-56 blowout of Nebraska on Monday night in Lincoln, Neb.
The Jayhawks (19-3, 6-1 Big 12) won for the 13th time in 14 games. Their 16th win in 17 meetings with Nebraska (12-8, 1-5) gave them a half-game lead over Texas A&M and Texas in the conference.
Ryan Anderson led Nebraska with 19 points.
(7) Pittsburgh 65, Villanova 59: At Philadelphia, Levance Fields scored 20 points and Aaron Gray added 14 points and 10 rebounds, leading the Panthers (20-3, 8-1 Big East) over the Wildcats (14-7, 3-5). Pitt reached the 20-win mark for the sixth straight year.
(13) Butler 71, Ill.-Chicago 45: At Indianapolis, Pete Campbell scored 17 points, Mike Green added 16, and the Bulldogs (20-2, 8-1 Horizon League) avenged one of their two losses this season with a rout of the Flames (9-14, 4-5).

(1) Duke 75, Virginia Tech 65: At Durham, N.C., Abby Waner scored 18 points to lead the Blue Devils (22-0, 7-0 Atlantic Coast Conference) to their 22nd straight victory, a win over the Hokies (14-9, 4-4).
(5) Ohio St. 64, (10) Purdue 55: At West Lafayette, Ind., Star Allen had career highs of 21 points and 13 rebounds as the Buckeyes (19-1, 8-0 Big Ten Conference) topped the Boilermakers (19-4, 8-1) to take sole possession of first place in the conference.
