The Spokesman-Review

No pets are allowed on Cypress Lake or Eagle Cliff trails, which are open only to hikers in order to protect wildlife. Pets must remain on leashes elsewhere on the island.

Protect the Island’s natural features by not touching or removing plants, animals or historic artifacts.

Camping is allowed only in the Island’s two designated sites at Pelican Beach and Cypress Head. Groups must be limited to 12 people.

No potable water is available on Cypress and limited fresh water is available at campsites. Make sure to pack your own supply.
