The University of Idaho’s National Psychology Honor Society, Psi Chi, announced its newest members. UI Associated Students announce winners of leadership awards
The Associated Students at the University of Idaho recently named winners of the Student Achievement Awards for Leadership and Excellence for the 2006-07 academic year.
“The Idaho Leadership Certificate was awarded to the following Idaho students for completing 16 leadership workshops, participating in at least one hands-on leadership project and one hands-on volunteer project and finishing a portfolio chronicling their experience in leadership. UI professor honored
Gary Machlis, the University of Idaho’s Canon Professor of Conservation was recently awarded The George Wright Special Achievement Award for his achievements in studying the social context of protect areas, his efforts in establishing the Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Units Network, and for helping to design and establish the Canon National Parks Science Scholars Program.
GU Alumni Association names scholarship winners
