Feature creature: Peepo

This teensy-tiny dog needs an owner with a huge heart. Peepo was picked up as a stray and never claimed from animal control. He has the manners of a puppy, is not fully housebroken, and is raring to go. The good news is, he does not exhibit the nippy or aggressive behaviors that are common in wee breeds.
