Alzheimer’s Support Group – meets the third Saturday of every month, 1:30-3 p.m., Kootenai Medical Center’s classrooms; (208) 772-2542.

AMEND Center – comprehensive educational, treatment and support center for men at the Courthouse Plaza, 520 Government Way, Coeur d’Alene; (208) 665-2432.

Anger-Management Class – meets Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m. at Amend Center, 520 Government Way, Coeur d’Alene; (208) 666-2030.

Batterer Treatment – Classes are 7:15 p.m. on Mondays and 3:30 p.m. Tuesdays at Amend Center, 520 Government Way, Coeur d’Alene; (208) 665-2432.

Bereavement Support Group – for those who have lost loved ones; meets 1-2:30 p.m. Tuesdays at Kootenai Medical Center; (208) 666-3285.

Bereaved Parents of the USA – Coeur d’Alene Chapter of support group offering friendship and understanding to bereaved parents and families who have experienced the death of a child. Meets third Thursday of the month, St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church, 6250 E. Haycraft Road, Coeur d’Alene; (208) 765-1705.

Bipolar Support Group – meets Wednesdays 7-9 p.m. in Classroom 3 at Kootenai Medical Center, 2003 Lincoln Way; (208) 666-2960.

Al-Anon – a nonprofit for family members and friends of substance abusers, meets Mondays at 6 p.m. at Country Club Lane and Main Street in Pinehurst; Tuesdays at 7 p.m. at the Nazarene Church, Fourth and Honeysuckle; Wednesdays at noon and 5 p.m., and “Break the Cycle” adult child focus, Thursday, noon in Room 5 at St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church, 625 E.
