When it comes to drinking and driving, Paris Hilton is spilling her guts – in more ways than one.

For an art exhibit opening today in New York on the dangers of underage drinking, Daniel Edwards created a sculpture of a sprawled-out, nude Hilton clutching a cocktail glass in one hand and a cell phone in the other.

She and her distressed dog, Tinkerbell, wear matching tiaras. Hilton’s abdomen is open, and removable “innards” are displayed alongside.

It’s the latest quirky creation from Edwards, whose previous works include Britney Spears giving birth, a busty Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton and baseball great Ted Williams‘ severed head.

Edwards says he’s using the jail-bound Hilton “as a vehicle for a public-service announcement, to educate teens. … Around this time of year, I think of a couple of friends I lost in high school because of drinking and driving.”

High school students are encouraged to take a virtual tour of the installation at www.parishiltonautopsy.com, then compete for prizes by writing her “obituary.”

Hilton last week was sentenced to 45 days in jail for violating her probation from a drunken driving conviction by later driving with a suspended license.

In her first public statement since her sentencing, the hotel heiress/reality TV star says: “I absolutely realize how serious driving under the influence is. I could not live with myself if anyone was injured or killed while I was driving while impaired.

“Clearly, no one should – no matter how slightly.”

We know who’ll kill Dave

Lindsay Lohan, who plays a stripper in her next movie, “I Know Who Killed Me,” said the audience will be seeing “a lot” of her in the “really dark, scary film.”

When she made the proclamation on Wednesday’s “Late Show,” host David Letterman replied: “You’re just gonna kill me, you know I have a heart condition. You’re just gonna kill me.”

The 20-year-old Lohan said she took stripping lessons for the role, adding: “It’s really difficult to get yourself up there.”

Sharing his beef

The Kentucky steakhouse owner who refused to serve O.J. Simpson because of the celebrity surrounding the accused killer has received a thank-you call from Ron Goldman‘s father and an offer to appear on Nancy Grace‘s CNN show Monday.

Simpson was acquitted of criminal charges in the 1994 slayings of ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Goldman, but was found liable for the deaths in a later civil trial.

“I’m putting myself in the shoes of the Brown and Goldman families. To have people worship this guy and want his autograph … not in my restaurants,” says Jeff Ruby, who asked Simpson and his group to leave on the eve of Saturday’s Kentucky Derby.

Pops in the nose

While rocker Ben Folds was waiting to take the stage, a brawl broke out in the balcony of the Boston Pops opening-night concert.

As the orchestra performed a medley from the movie “Gigi,” a fight started after one man tapped another on the shoulder with a program to complain about noise, police said.

Conductor Keith Lockhart briefly halted the performance while the men were escorted out.

The size of Tammy’s faith

One-time televangelist Tammy Faye Messner says her weight has dropped to 65 pounds as she battles cancer for a third time.

The former Tammy Faye Bakker, 65, was first diagnosed with colon cancer in 1996. She announced in 2004 that the disease had spread to her lungs.

“The doctors have stopped trying to treat the cancer and so now it’s up to God and my faith,” she wrote. “And that’s enough!”
