Coeur d’Alene police

Laurence Kaiser reported Wednesday the $370 theft of cash when unauthorized checks were written on his bank account.

Kootenai County sheriff

Benjamin Chaffin, Post Falls, reported Thursday $600 damage to a hardwood floor and garage door and the $950 theft of two air compressors and a nail gun from a home under construction on the 11000 block of W. Bella Ridge Drive near Coeur d’Alene.

Martin Frantz, employee of Frantz Construction, reported Wednesday the $3,500 theft of a flatbed trailer from a construction site at the intersection of N. Gunning Road and Altamont Road near Rathdrum.
