Dustin McConnell made two free throws with 1.6 seconds remaining in regulation to give Clarkston a 72-71 season-opening win over visiting Post Falls in a non-league contest on Tuesday.
After trailing by eight points after three quarters, the Bantams outscored the Trojans 26-17 in the fourth to earn the win.
Don Perconti scored 19 points and McConnell added 15 for Clarkston.
Levi Buckles tallied a game-high 24 points to lead Post Falls.
In other non-league season openers, Lamond Ostlie scored 14 points and Spencer Shanholster added 12 to guide Cusick to a 52-47 win over visiting Coeur d’Alene Charter.
