Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife Director Jeff Koenings will address potential for an Upper Columbia River steelhead fishing season and a special mule deer hunting proposal in a public meeting Monday, 6 p.m., at the Pateros School Library, 344 W. Beach St. in Pateros.
