Wedding vows were exchanged by Angela Chan and Jeff Strom in a July 15 ceremony at the Portland Classical Chinese Garden.

Wai Yuen Chan and Ying Ying Hung, Eugene, Ore., are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Ron and Linda Strom, Spokane.

A reception at Wong’s King Seafood Restaurant in Portland followed the ceremony. The couple are living in Eugene.

The bride, a graduate of the University of Oregon is a personal banker at West Coast Bank in Eugene. The groom, a graduate of the Western Culinary Institute in Portland, works as an executive chef at Solvang’s in Eugene and an on-call chef at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles.
