Yoga – The Radha Yoga Center will host several free classes on Saturday at 410 S. Coeur d’Alene St. in Browne’s Addition. The schedule includes Hatha yoga from 9-10 a.m., sacred dance from 10:30-11:30 a.m., yoga of healing from 1-2 p.m. and the hidden language of Hatha yoga from 2:30-3:30 p.m. The center is beginning a new session of classes on Monday. Cardiovascular Health Risk Assessment – The Sacred Heart Women’s Health Center presents Heart-to-Heart, a program to help you find out your risk for cardiovascular disease. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at 101 W. Eighth Ave., Suite 1200. The cost of this screening includes several tests, educational materials and follow-up is $60. Families Supporting Families – Meets the second and fourth Wednesday of every month for families of those with eating disorders. FUNctional Fitness Class – U-District Physical Therapy is offering a specialized conditioning class for active people of all levels and ages. This class follows a circuit-training style and focuses on dynamic flexibility, agility, functional lower body strength, balance and total body conditioning.
