Oilers blank Islanders
Mathieu Garon made 35 saves for his third shutout of the season and Ales Hemsky and Shawn Horcoff had a goal and assist each for the Edmonton Oilers, who beat the New York Islanders 4-0 on Monday night in Edmonton, Alberta, and earned their first regulation win in 17 games.
It was the second victory in a row for the Oilers.
